This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses looking to increase visibility or remind Calgarians of their presence. Based on previous festivals, we expect up to 10,000 attendees over the two-day event. We are seeking your sponsorship to support the Calgary Intercultural Festival.
The following benefits are provided based on your sponsorship level. Please contact us for sponsorship levels and details:
  • Festival Flyer: Your logo will be printed on the festival information flyer, distributed to all visitors. (only for main sponsors)
  • Website: Your logo will be prominently displayed on all website pages, with direct links to your website.
  • Stage Banner or pull-up banner on the stage: Your logo will appear on a banner displayed on the festival stage background.
  • Social Media Posters: A custom social media poster featuring your organization will be shared 1x, 2x, or 3x, depending on your sponsorship package.
  • Web Ad: As a main sponsor, your logo will remain on our website for one year at no additional cost.
  • Announce:  Announced during the program (4 times a day)
  • Vendor table:  One vendor table

Be a Volunteer

The Calgary Intercultural Festival thrives thanks to the incredible volunteers who help bring this cultural celebration to life. If you’re interested in getting involved, we’d love to hear from you! Simply send us an email, and we’ll be in touch with more details.

All volunteers will receive a mini briefing and 15 tickets per shift (to use for food and product purchases at the festival).
